Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from the main store located in Bali , Indonesia.
Delivery Time
1)Deliveries are processed on Monday-Saturday.
2)We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays.
3)All orders with confirmed payments before 16.00 WIB will be processed on the same day.
4)If your shopping bag has made-to-order items this order will be shipped as soon customised item is ready following production timeframe.
1) All regions in Indonesia, estimated delivery: 2-5 working days.
2) Free shipping for Indonesia area with order minimum 1.500.000 IDR.
Receipt / AWP
We will send a receipt via email one day after payment is received.
Late Delivery
1) Delays are beyond our control and responsibility, but we will do our best to assist you when enquiring about the expedition services.
2) If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please immediately contact burobalistore@gmail.com with your order #ID-Number so that we can process it to the expedition.
International Shipping
For international shipments, we use certified mail service, by EMS (Express Mail Service) Pos Indonesia and FedEx delivery company.
Estimated Standart delivery: 7-14 working days.
Estimated Express delivery: 4-9 working days.
International shipping costs are calculated in kilograms which we informed on the checkout.
Shipping to the following locations is unavailable due to postal restrictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, Syria and North Korea.
Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside Indonesia, you may be charged custom duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
Buro store takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed by receiving country.
According to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping.
Buro store takes no responsibility for any delays in delivery time caused by customs of receiving country or shipping company.
Buro Store is legally required to declare the full Indonesian Rupiah value paid on the International shipments and must include and invoice for customs should they require it.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for delivery items that are refused due to tax and custom duties regulations of country - receiver.
